NEU joins legal filing against unlawful move to force Holland Park School into a multi-academy trust.
Holland Park School is a coeducational comprehensive secondary school located in Holland Park, London. It has a strong local identity and is very popular in its area.
On 31 May, a group of parents of the school and the National Education Union representing members of the NEU at the school, filed for High Court judicial review. This concerns the school's decision to end its existing single academy status and pass the school over to the United Learning Trust as one of the schools in ULT's multi-academy trust.
