A secondary school teacher has been given an award for raising awareness of bullying.
Josh Hampson, Head of Performing Arts at Frome College in Somerset, was nominated as part of the Anti-Bullying Alliance's (ABA) School Staff Awards.
More than 400 teachers were nominated, but Mr Hampson won at a Parliamentary event.
The pupil that nominated him said: "I couldn't think of anyone that deserves this award more than him."
ABA presented the award during the organisation's annual Anti-Bullying Week, which ran from 13 to 17 November.
This year's theme was "Make A Noise", designed to encourage the public to discuss and raise awareness of bullying and the impact it has on people.
The School Staff Awards recognised teachers and school staff who went above and beyond their call of duty to prevent and respond to bullying.
Mr Hampson said: "As a music teacher, I strive to create a safe and inclusive space where every voice is heard and celebrated.
