Measuring the quality of staffing deployment and quality of experiences across secondary school science departments in England

This study combines survey and administrative data to explore whether secondary school science departments that teachers feel are good places to work also have good science teacher deployment. This research was commissioned by the Gatsby Charitable Foundation and was completed in partnership with Teacher Tapp.
