Dame Rachel de Souza, the Children’s Commissioner, will face questions from the Education Committee as part of its scrutiny of her role. MPs are expected to examine, after reports that 20% of children are unhappy with their mental health, what steps she has taken to support children’s mental health. Questions may also be asked on her opinion of the Government’s Green Paper on children and young people’s mental health.
