The National Governance Association (NGA) has released the findings of its Annual Governance Survey 2020, launching at the National Governance Conference for Schools and Trusts 2025 on 10 July 2025, which has revealed that school finances and special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) provision in England are now at crisis point.
