A new report has found that students who wish to opt out of religious observance at school are being informally “compelled” to participate, potentially infringing on their legal rights.
Today, Humanist Society Scotland published “Preaching is not Teaching”, a report that collected feedback from pupils, teachers and parents on how religious observance is being carried out in schools nationwide.
