Messages swapped on a teachers’ WhatsApp group were “disparaging” about pupils but the council was right not to tell parents what they said, a review has concluded.
Staff at schools in Aberdeenshire shared “inappropriate and unprofessional” messages about children in their classrooms, according to the local council, some of which were “abusive and degrading”.
