Ofsted framework 'unfairly penalising' deprived and SEND-inclusive schools

The revised Ofsted inspection framework for education providers is unfairly penalising schools that serve communities with higher levels of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and deprivation, a school leaders’ union has claimed.
