A principal teacher at a specialist school faces being struck off for allegedly telling pupils with additional needs that they will “not amount to anything” and “never get out of here”.
Derek Leslie is also accused of telling pupils at Greenview School in Glasgow that it is “no wonder” they do not attend mainstream education.
