Pupils of Cheltenham Ladies’ College and others are 20 times more likely to end up in powerful roles

The power of the “old girls” network means graduates from a dozen leading schools are more likely to reach elite positions than women educated elsewhere, new research shows.

Academics from the universities of Exeter and Oxford and the London School of Economics (LSE) analysed entries in Who’s Who, the reference work of leading people.
