This is the disturbing moment a Scottish schoolgirl is repeatedly punched and kicked in the head in the middle of a classroom.
The brutal incident took place in front of horrified pupils at the Waid Academy in Anstruther, a coastal town in Fife, on Monday.
Footage shows a girl leaving her seat and striding towards a fellow pupil before dragging her to the floor.
The girl is then seen holding the pupil's head to the floor with one arm while punching her with the other.
