Hello, I'm a foundation governor for a tiny, rural primary school in Suffolk and our school serves three village communities. Does anyone have any suggestions for ways of encouraging parents to become parent governors please? It is a perennial problem for us to recruit governors and I'd appreciate any thoughts on how our school might attract parents' interest in taking up the governor role.
