As the new term gets under way, I thought it would be a good moment to consider what you want to achieve for your school this year.

For me, we're due Ofsted any day so it is about being ready for that, especially getting my head around this year's results. After that, I want to make sure governors are more present in the school and that, as a board, we all know what the school feels like when it isn't 6:30pm in an empty library.

Any thoughts?
