The authors suggest that AI will lead to the individualisation of education – from early years through to higher education and lifelong learning.  They explore AI's potential and provide readers with examples of how it is currently being utilised to transform education in schools and universities. The way education is currently delivered is challenged, and significant changes to the role of teachers and schools are envisaged.
