Educationalists are increasingly taking an interest in mindfulness to help pupils manage stress, support mental health and promote wellbeing and a positive learning environment. This book builds on the idea that mindfulness can have a positive impact on health, wellbeing and happiness. The authors set out an eight-week evidence-based programme based on stress reduction and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy.

It includes a CD that describes a series of simple practices that can be incorporated into lessons and everyday life.
