Fergal Roche

This book by Fergal Roche, former headteacher and founder of 'The Key' (a resource for teaching professionals), is a compendium of his experience across the sector of 'the art and skill of teaching', its challenges, and examples of memorable teachers who he feels are shining examples of best practice in the field.

Although more anecdotal than empirical, Roche's work is nonetheless an inspirational testimony to the difference a skilled and unique teacher can make.
